I think the real reason is the same out in the country as it is in small towns. When there's nothing for kids to do, they have sex. And since kids these days are too stupid/scared/whatever to use birth control, they wind up becoming teenmommies and teendaddies. Then we wind up paying for them with our hard-earned tax dollars. I vote we just castrate the whole lot of 'em. And that ends my srs bsns rant for the day. You may all go back to your usual mindless banter, random posting, and gross misuse of internet lingo (oh wait, that'd be me) now. Eh.
